Kid’s Kung Fu classes will be starting again on Monday 1st February, 2010, from 4pm till 5pm at Kiama.

Just a quick reminder that all adult classes are back in session now:

KUNG FU CLASSES

KIAMA

ADULT CLASSES

Kiama Masonic Hall, 46 Collins Street

Monday & Wednesday – 5.30 to 7.00pm

Cost: $30 Annual fee (insurance, pay on joining then each January) then

$100 per calendar month

or

$15 per class casual (cash only)

These are ongoing classes, with regular repeats and revisions – everyone welcome, beginners to advanced. Just come along and try your first class for free. Wear loose clothing, sneakers and bring a bottle of water.

LOHAN QI GONG (TAI CHI) CLASSES

JAMBEROO

Jamberoo Youth Hall, Allowrie Street (behind Frederick’s IGA)

Tuesdays – 6.00 to 7.30 pm

and

Wednesdays – 9.15 to 10.30 am

during school terms

Cost:

$30 Annual fee (insurance, pay on joining then each January) then

$10 per class

These are ongoing classes, with regular repeats and revisions, so just come along and join in any time – no need to wait for a new term.
