Fighting Fit

These are classes for ladies only, using traditional Chinese kickboxing techniques, taken from the Illawarra Kung Fu Academy curriculum, to create a high-energy, fun and safe exercise session. One hour classes using extensive padwork and bodyweight exercises to improve fitness, strength, coordination, confidence and more.

In this class, participants will be taught correct and safe technique to punch, kick, elbow and knee properly. Balance and coordination will be greatly improved. The pace of sessions is kept up to maximise fitness and weight loss. Everyone is able to work up to their own capacity to ensure great results while having lots of fun.

Classes are Friday morning, 9.30 to 10.30 am, at Kiama Masonic Hall, 46 Collins Street.
