No Kung Fu or Qi Gong classes on October 19th & 21st

Please note that there will be no Kung Fu or Qi Gong classes on Monday October 19th or Wednesday October 21st. All normal classes will resume the following week, commencing Monday 26th October.

All Kung Fu classes will continue as normal on Mondays and Wednesdays until 14th October, with the exception of Monday 5th October, which is a Public Holiday. (There will be Kids Kung Fu that day but no Adults Class.)

All Qi Gong classes will break after the 30th September, following the usual school terms. However, as mentioned above, instead of returning on Wednesday 21st October, Qi Gong classes will resume on Wednesday 28th October.

Kids Kung Fu classes starting in Kiama 21st Sept.

Kung Fu classes for kids will be starting in Kiama on Monday, 21st September 2009 at the Masonic Hall on Collins Street.

Kids classes are one hour long from 4 till 5pm. The emphasis is on fun. Kids will learn the same Kung Fu techniques as taught in the Adult class, but many of the techniques will be simplified. Practical self defence applications will be taught along with a strong grounding in how to avoid conflict in the first place. Kids will develop confidence, discipline, focus, strength, flexibility and fitness while having a fun, active hour of martial arts training.

Classes are $10 per head, 4 till 5pm every Monday at the Masonic Hall on Collins Street in Kiama.
